Employment Seminar for Keio Students
Environments where people with disabilities can thrive are not limited to large corporations. In small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and venture companies, there are also cases where people with disabilities contribute to business growth by leveraging their unique traits and through companies providing an environment where they can excel. In this study session, featuring two growing venture companies, we will explore how achieving diversity is not just a social contribution but a major factor in business growth.
