◆ Dr. Koichi Fukunaga

Mini-lecture: "It's Just Snoring, But It's More Than Snoring: About Sleep Apnea Syndrome"

Sleep disorders are not only caused by mental health issues but can also be triggered by internal and organic diseases.

Among them, sleep apnea syndrome is deeply related to various diseases such as lifestyle-related diseases and mental health problems.

In this lecture, I will introduce the characteristics of people prone to sleep apnea syndrome, as well as its prevention and treatment methods.

◆ Dr. Toshiro Kishimoto

Mini-lecture: "Building Mental and Physical Health Through Sleep"

It is said that Japanese people, from a global perspective, get an extremely short amount of sleep. Sleep has a significant impact on maintaining the functions of our bodies and minds.

From the perspective of a psychiatrist, I will discuss basic knowledge about sleep, mental illnesses closely related to sleep, and tips for getting good sleep.
