Last October, we launched a research unit called IoB-S (Internet of Brains Society) as part of the JST Moonshot Research and Development Program and began exploring the legal and ethical issues of neurotechnology. This time, we will hold the first commemorative kick-off series of forums, titled the IoB-S Open Forum. [DAY 1] will focus on theories of rights and freedom, while [DAY 2] will feature comprehensive reports from legal practitioners, with a particular focus on public law perspectives. We look forward to your participation.
