Overview : 1st Session: "The Future Created by Web3"
We will welcome Mr. Keigo Takegahara, Managing Executive Officer of Coincheck, Inc., and Mr. Seihaku Yoshida, President and CEO of HashPort Inc. They will join Professor Jiro Tamura of the Faculty of Law for a dialogue to deepen our understanding of what Web3 is and its future prospects.

Biographies
■ Keigo Takegahara
Managing Executive Officer, Coincheck, Inc.
In November 2012, he passed the second stage of the Certified Public Accountant Examination while still a university student. After graduating from university, he joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. He was engaged in auditing a wide range of industries, IPO support services, and related tasks such as financial due diligence. He later joined Coincheck, Inc. in November 2018. As the head of the Accounting and Finance Department, he has been involved in financial accounting, management accounting, and tax operations, in addition to defining accounting requirements and establishing internal controls in the new business field of the crypto asset exchange industry. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Tax System Review Subcommittee at the Japan Cryptoasset Business Association (JCBA), where he is involved in the rulemaking for various self-regulations related to crypto assets. He was appointed Executive Officer in September 2020 and Managing Executive Officer in June 2022.
■ Seihaku Yoshida
President and CEO, HashPort Inc.
After graduating from the Keio University Faculty of Law in 2013, he joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2016. At BCG Digital Ventures, the firm's digital business development division, he worked on projects in Japan and China as the youngest Venture Architect (in charge of investment and business development) in the Tokyo office. In 2018, he founded HashPort Inc. and became its President and CEO. In addition to providing consulting and systems to major domestic crypto asset exchange operators, he also supports the Japanese expansion of many projects, including IOST, Enjin, Qtum, Tron, Tezos, Ontology, and Neo. He also serves as a director of the Japan Cryptoasset Business Association, a joint researcher at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Engineering, and a joint research member of the Keio University Global Research Institute's "Crypto Asset Research Project."
