As part of the JST Moonshot R&D Program, the IoB-S (Internet of Brains Society) is exploring the legal and ethical issues of neuroscientific technology. This third IoB-S Open Forum will focus on criminal law, providing an overview of the impact of BMI-CA technology on the entire criminal justice system, as well as discussing it from the perspectives of responsibility and sentencing.
